I have never heard of such a thing. I would have just suggested that time would make it easier. Eventually they get use to it or learn to cope without you a little better.

ours ahve never been out of our site except for a few ocassions. they miss us terribly. the benefit is there is 8 so they tend to keep each other company and they have access to a gigantic three acre yard.. so for them its not to bad..
I am glad to hear yours got some relief from it.. I know its so stressful on them.....

I like teh places that now allwo you to take your baby to work and keep them in a playpen.. yes I mean four legged babies. I heard abotu a big insurance company that is allowing you to bring your pet, keep them in aplay pen next to you.. and tehy set up outside a real grass section to let them out for a while......
